Returned merchandise, company gives no refund and no reply to email inquiries

I ordered 13 items from AiryDress.com April 12, 2021. I received it on May 6th, 2021. The quality of the materials was not even close to the description or picture. Cheap fabric and poor fit!! They offer free returns of your first order. I immediately made a return request online for the entire order. They provided a shipping label and I sent of the package on May 8, 2021. Tracking on the package shows it was received by merchant May 10. Return label was for US location. I have written then several emails asking for my refund. To this day June 28, 2021 I have heard nothing from them nor any refund. They not only have all the merchandise but also $122 of MY MONEY!!! Do not buy from this company Airydress.com also known as ZC Holding (HK). I want my refund [censored]!!
