Ticket cost overcharged than the equivalent amount

I have booked a ticket from air india express website on 3rd August 2021 and the amount showing in the ticket was Rs. 46963.77 and they have charged AED 2594.75 which is more than equivalent and around Rs. 52000, when i am checking with them they are not replying for my concern. I done transaction online and using UAE Citi Bank credit card. And i checked with bank they told its completely Air india express who took money.
