I have made a booking for two rooms when I wanted three rooms. From 2/9/2021. The booking id was [protected] Once I cancelled, I made a three bedroom booking with booking id [protected] The amount of 258.440 was deducted for the two bedrooms even though its free cancellation after realizing I needed to update the room numbers. Pls refund me asap or I will never use agoda again and I will show all my work collogues and family so they stop using agoda
