I dont know where to start from.: 1. They charge a huge premium 2. They broke lot of my household items including my brand new fridge which I had bought only a month befor shifting and my expensive decorative items and my child's motorised bike and car which no one can properly fix in pune. 3. I had also got my car (swift) transported. They requirement at the time was half tank full. And at the time of delivery part from being all dirty and no petrol, it had been driven 125 odd kms. 4. Negligence in the attitude and audicity 5. The truck driver and the guy who drove my car to my door step on questioning the condition of my stuff tell me towrite an email and dont ask me reply. But are fighting for tip with me 6. Their supervisor who after 100th phone comes to inspect carrying ' only this much' attitude, offers rs 1500 for all the destruction. And on debating the concern tells me either take it or leave it. All this attitude is coz no one in the company listen to the customers and thats why all these employees take advantage of the situation... Lets all bycott this company
