Wanting to cancel my subscription with Affinity.co.uk

I signed up for Affinity yesterday, thinking that it would be suitable for me. Thinking about it, I decided that it was a mistake as I suffer with mental health issues. There is no way of contacting this company as they say that their phone lines are not in use. It is impossible to send an email as they suggest because there is no form to complete. I have the right to cancel this service within 14 days as I have not used the site to view profiles etc. I cannot see how I am able to make contact to cancel my subscription. This is surely malpractice and misleading for consumers. Lesley Addison
