Good day. I hope that someone can assist me as this is a very urgent matter. I bought two Premio cellphones from your Vredenburg west coast mall, i had returned the one on the Monday and by the Friday i wanted to return the other one due to apps not working/freezing etc, unfortunately my daughter had class until late Friday and her deadline for assignment was on Friday ( the phone was bought for her) i could only visit the store again on Saturday the 15/05/21 i explained my situation but was informed that they could not assist me any longer. I could not, not go with my daughter as she needed to accompany me in order for her to choose a new handset. Now we are stuck with a phone that isn't working properly and i am out of a R1100.00. As mentioned i had already returned the other handset as there was malware issue with it. The quality of the premio handsets are obviously very poor and all the phones seem to have some or other issue. Is there anyway we can return the device and exchange it for another handset please. I appreciate your feedback and assistance. Kind regards. After sending numerous emails i have not received any feedback and still struggling with the phone.
