Purchased protected plan for phone. Phone fell and case and phone screen got damaged. Went to closest store. Was told they don't honor protection and I should call the mainoffice. Called and was given 2 options, drive over an hour away to get the repair or mail phone to Atlanta. I informed them that both options is inconvenient. Was then offered a $54 check. When it cost $140 to do the repair at their sister storSi e. User's recommendation: Do not trust this service.
