Lazada shipped me a used product. When I requested for return replacement they ask me to find a courier company and ship the damaged/used product to the seller. It's the mistake from Lazada and their seller so they must arrange pickup of faulty product rather than asking customer. *** service and customer care. I've written a review on Lazada website for the seller, but so far no response or action.
