Resolved: Unhappy with Service

Update by user Jul 08, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Because I had called them, numerous times, about this situation, and talked to someone who understood my situation, of having two security companies, they released me from my contract.. Original review posted by user Jun 07, 2021 When their sales representative came by, approximately 3 month ago, she had gotten the technician in to install the security boxes. Even, at the initial installation, the system wasn't working correctly, and the technician said he had to order a part. Two month ago, I contacted the technician, and he has Covid-19, so he called another technician, who discovered the same problem. I have called the company three times, be before today,tt User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
