I am writing to say I want to cancel my service. I tried to have the system serviced but no one ever came out to service my sytem and I was stilled being billed for something that wasn't working. I am also moving from this address. I thank you for taking care of this matter for me. The account #557202 that I am referring to. Money was being taken out of my account for over a year and I couldnt get any one to come out to fix the problem.
