Everytime you contact netgear they want money and not just a little. They send no user manuals. They make things hard to figure out so they can charge you 100's of dollars more to get basic help. I threw mine away and purchased Asus. They have real customer service. User's recommendation: Purchase Asus. They have world tier customer service.
