I purchased a Netgear mesh extender 18 months ago even paid for an additional warranty and it worked great for 4-5 months but it's been DOWNHILL ever since. 1st I was on the phone with a woman who I couldn't even understand for over an hour &;;;;;;; she messed up my entire wifi network. After finally being able to get this fix my extender hasn't work. I've had several "tickets" opened since then but cannot get ANY HELP from customer service. Do NOT buy ANY NETGEAR products!!!! You are wasting your money.
