Lid broke within a week of purchase

I was informed that the lid replacement for purchase is not available at this time but may be after May this year. I have had this insulated container and broken lid since June 2020. For me to have to wait 11 months to possibly get a replacement for the lid does not give me confidence that this product is worth future purchase. When someone obtains a product for daily use, the customer has the expectation that customer support will be available. I tried to contact TAL Hydration last year but because of the Wu Flu the company was closed for customer service for some months. User's recommendation: If you purchase products from TAL Hydration, make sure the lid or top does not brake or you will be as dissatisfied as I am.
