Troubles with holidays autos

My name is Menashe Einy I reserved a car at nice airport cote d'azur, through the company goldcar, however when I arrived at the airport goldcar said that they gave away the car to somebody else already. My flight was delayed by one hour and the company's office was closed by then. I was supposed to take the car at 22:30, arrived at 23:30 but the office was closed, arrived at 08:30 the next day but they already gave the car I reserved and paid for to somebody else. They refused to give me a refund, telling me I should contact holiday autos myself to get my refund. Therefore, I demand receiving a full refund. thank you very much.
