The developers of Incredimail sold the program to Perion. Since then, it's gone downhill because nobody at Perion knows how to support it, and since they didn't develop it to begin with, there hasn't been an update since the bought it. It use to be an amazing email program, but not anymore unless they find somebody to take the bugs out of it.
