It has been a couple of times that the delivery guy's representative, whom I assume to be his wife or daughter to deliver parcel on behalf of him. I could not accept her unprofessional behaviour for the following reasons: 1. She never alerts me when she comes to deliver my parcel. 2. She always THROW the parcel into the house as if it is a basketball. What if the item inside is some fragile stuff? Is she gonna pay for it? She has no manner and professionalism. The courier is named Kurubaran Krishnamoothy. His contact is 016447****. I wish I could choose who to deliver my parcel because I wish I didn't buy from Lazada every time I see his name. User's recommendation: Don't buy from Lazada if the courier representative is Kurubaran Krishnamoothy.
