Unfair and over charge

Not a fair company at all! Im very disappointed in this company. They sent a tech to my mothers home for an estimate. Her only problem at the time of the call was a possible electrical problem with her central air unit. I watched as he begin to troubleshoot after giving an ok on the outside box on the pole 240 watts and inside as well. At this point the only thing left to test is the unit itself. He removed the cover and begin. Unit comes on a few seconds and back off immediately following with an outage of the fridge, window unit, washer and dryer. As a result of this they gave a $3000 estimate for the repairs needed to do our brand-new problem. So until my mother that lives off of social security gets this money some how. She will have no stove, no washer and dryer and no Comcast service that she pays for due to this. They refuse to accept it was something he done. She would be greatful if they would just restore it back the way it was. No to this company!
