I got a bad refurbished scooter, broke after 5 days, sent it back for repairs, was without my kids Christmas gift for a month. It breaks again, my kids maybe rode it 30 times. Tech is saying it needs a new battery and back break, I'm so confused on how this scooter lasted us only 5 months, breaks twice, and now they want me to pay $160 in repairs when it originally cost me $180.
