On Tuesday, May 25th, I drew up the Wawa app to receive my free coffee. Technology isnt my favorite thing but I managed. I went back at fill my coffee (24 oz), and went to the register. This was the Wawa on High Street in Pottstown, PA. The time was approximately 2 PM. When I got to the register my screen had gone blank due to the fact that I didnt keep tapping it. I panicked and all I could show was my payment which was out of cash. My cashier was Sylvia. She saw that I was flustered and gave me the coffee. Sylvia is a credit to your organization! Thank you for outstanding employees!
