Can’t get lock programed

I have called about 6 times maybe 7 and no one ever returned my calls. I just went and bought another brand due to your lack of customer service. Lock was good, but until I needed to reprogram it due to security issues, it wouldn't let me. User's recommendation: Buy some other brand until trubolt can have some to help when called.
