My package deal to los Cabos which I was told included my luggage did not include anything but a hand bag. I was charged $70 for our carry-on bags and on the way back I did not have pesos to pay again the $70 so they would not let us board the plane and we ended up having to flying all the way to Mexico City and back to Tijuana on another flight. Needless to say we were very inconvenienced and upset. I have not been able to talk to a representative and only get recordings from cheaptickets. The least they could do is reimburse us.
