I had a VERY hard time understanding the C.S. representative.

While returning 3 online items I hung up on the original C. S. agent (Robert?). He was impossible to understand, did not understand me, was not knowledgeable, kept repeating his questions and I had to ask him to keep repeating himself. Very frustrating to say the least. I finally hung up on him (which I never do) because we were getting nowhere. I called back and got a different young man who provided excellent service, was informed and could communicate. Returning online items proved to be difficult - would not do again. My return came with no paperwork or info on how to return items.
