Unsolved solution .

Ive brought my car to NTB 4 times and they still havent fixed the issue . Im paying lots of money for a car thats still broken , I have recorded audio of the NTB manager saying that if the problem persisted after the second time that they would refund my money ! Nobody has gotten back to me and I am still riding around in a broken car .
