Michaels did not hesitate to reach out to me and to correct the situation. The box open opened and damaged. The UPS man had a hard time caring it up the driveway. For a box with heavy merchandise the packaging was not done with care. 2 pieces of tape on each end which did not hold up and a box which was flimsy. The sent me my order again which was for a pro pack of 15 grapevine wreaths that were 18. Great customer service!!!! Very pleased thank you. User's recommendation: Great customer service.
