No I did not get it taken care of. I think its completely unacceptable to sell a product that I just bought couple months ago and you cant get replacement parts for it but yet they continue to sell it. I reached out to corporate and had a call and they cannot find them anywhere which is just ridiculous. If you cant service it why sell it? This is not a wrench or a screwdriver or something like that this is a piece of equipment that needs maintenance
