Friend gave me a gift card that was lost.had the receipt and store manager said to contact Harbor Freight customer service for help Very disappointed with their customer service I would be very leary about buying a gift card Harbor Freight I would understand if I had no receipt but I had mine and the receipt says retain for your records,Why ??? If you don't answer User's recommendation: Don't purchase Gift Card.
