Customer service and shipping cost

The in store service is horrible. We went to store, looked for items we needed, could not locate and could not locate any employees to help either. I person at the register and office door had a hand written sign that said do not disturb. Left and called about 1/2 hour later, Person that answered said she was in the office [pumping breast milk, that is why sign was on the door. You can't make this stuff up, horrible in store service and outrageous shipping cost. Used Harbor Freight for years, we're totally done with them now!!! User's recommendation: Buy elsewhere, not worth the hassle.
