On 08/16/2020 I placed an online order with Habor Freight Tools. As of 08/20/2020 a shipping label has been created but Federal Express has not received the package for shipment. I called Harbor Freight Tools customer service and spoke to a belligerent representative who stated Harbor Freight has 10 days to ship the package. I explained that on the online order page it does not state of the 10 days shipping policy. I paid for the shipping and it was not for 10 days. Again belligerently the representative stated we have 10 days to ship it to you. I humbly stated I need this ASAP. Harbor freight is Dishonest with no Integrity and crooks. Harbor Freight Tools freaked me and someday I will have justice. An eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth. Beware of Harbor Freight Tools and their dishonest policies. User's recommendation: No Beware !!
