I’m disappointed in the way my order was handled

I ordered a 10x17 garage on Oct 20th. I never received an email with tracking information. I waited until Oct 31 and emailed customer service with no help. My order came on Nov 3rd in which I received at 10x10 shed which was half the price I paid for the garage. I called company and tried everything to exchange for what I purchased. I basically jumped through hoops just to find out I had to take it to a fed ex location and have it mailed backed before they would send what I originally ordered. The very next day I sent it back. The shed weighs 85lbs so not light. And mind you I live 40 mins from the nearest location. I paid $97 for shipping. I never received an email stating they received my order and were sending what I actually should of gotten which they informed me on the phone they would. I called Nov 14th and the gentlemen I spoke with was highly rude even though Im the one who should be frustrated with this whole process. He didnt place the order to send the correct item to me until I called. Im very disappointed and would like someone to rectify the situation. User's recommendation: Company does not make right on transactions they screw up.
