I asked to combine/modify my current payment arrangement with my current bill so that I am able to afford paying my huge summertime bill but NV Energy rejected my plea! They didnt care if you are unemployed or retired with limited income. They have no ompassion didnt care whatever your situation, you have to PAY in full even if it means you go hungry or lose your home. Very inhuman! Unbelievable! Specially in this Covid era, they didnt care. If we are given a chance to vote by ballot again to allow other companies to compete with them I will definitely vote for that! User's recommendation: I wish we had a choice of which Power Company to use! Not monopolized by NV Energy! Next time I wish we can vote to allow other power companies to come yo Nevads.
