Oneplus Nord 2 not as expected

I am a regular customer of Oneplus. All my family members have oneplus mobiles. Recently I purchased Oneplus Nord 2 from official website of Oneplus. I received it on 1st August 2021. I was not satisfied with the mobile. I wish to upgrade to Oneplus 9 or 9 pro. I want to return Oneplus Nord 2. I am willing to pay the difference. Kindly help.
