I didnt receive my item

March 17 I received a text from the Shopee that they will deliver to my home address, I was at work that day, March 18 I left the authorization I made with my neighbor, there is no text or call to back again to deliver the item, I saw the status of the parcel returned to Parañaque hub. How to get back the item in my location.?
