The customer care was so hard to reach thru the contact number using my mobile number to their landline number. I need to load 300 pesos for my concerns. Why not having a 3 digit hotline. Even their Shoppee support and customer care were also very hard to contact. When the seller decline receiving a concern its very difficult to raise a DesputeDesputetry
