Rude cs cause i got disconnected several times. So many excuses, apologies and promises. My return/refund request was granted and i was given the return label. The problem is the courier would not allow it. I contacted shopee and they told me to go back the next day, i did but still. I was given deadline for the returned item. But how? Their given courier is rejecting it User's recommendation: If you encounter such scam, have the time and strength to fight for it. It is not only for yourself.
