Calling Microsoft support is the worst customer support experience Ive ever had. After eating in line for quite a while I finally spoke with someone and I couldnt understand half of what they were saying. Then when I asked to be transferred to a US agent I was only transferred to one that spoke better English. Then when they couldnt resolve my issue I was transferred again only to have the call dropped after waiting several minutes. So, I went through the same exercise and guess what? Same thing all over. I went to the online help at first and it was off no value to me whatsoever. Fortunately my son-in-law stopped by and fixed my issue. User's recommendation: Fix it yourself.
