Not letting me display on my othe monitors nor my tv

The problem is is that my HDMI cord and VGA its connected to my monitors which is connected to my laptop which is a Microsoft and my display is not showing up on either monitors plus its not showing up on my TV I dont know why its not detecting it Ive been having issues with it and I would like to have it resolved
