Original review updated by user May 26, 2021 My Shein order GSHMGQ009000BLB was delivered with 5 of the 10 half items missing. I have attempted several times to start live chat but the Shein site customer robot keeps redirecting me in circles, without ever connecting a chat. I have managed to navigate twice to a request a call option which when selected, promptly informs me the call list is full and to make a reservation in future. How would I make a reservation to receive a call? Where could I make a reservation to receive a call? It is Ridiculous! The Shein company has taken my money but has not delivered the items and offers 0 customer service. User's recommendation: Don’t let Shein steal your money.
