I was not made aware that there are no refunds for cancelled hotel reservations in a vacation package. Travel protection policy is the only way to get a full refund. Hotel reservations are treated just like airline reservations. I would have worked directly with the hotel, especially because the hotel rate was better than SW vacation hotel rate.
