My husband did our shopping this morning and has come back with what SHOULD be cod loin (and thats what it says on the label). I am disgusted with it and I would never had accepted it (he just asks for and gets whatever is on the shopping list). This so called cod loin looks more like a tail end, is not even white but a grey colour and the texture is disgusting all mushy and breaking up. I can only assume it is just normal cod (which is a completely different part of the fish) and that its also been frozen. We buy cod loin from you most weeks and this is not the first time this has happened (always when my husband shops or goes to the fish counter alone). Plus am I right in thinking that the cod loin is more expensive? NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. User's recommendation: Be REALLY careful at the fish counter at Morrison’s!!
