Out of date food on line shopppng

Still waiting to get compensation for out of date food that was delivered to me in February.I have called head office twice they send me an email address to send pictures of the almost out of date food I received.I send them and write in them all I have had is a email saying they will contact me in 5 to 7 days I have heard nothing I have continued to shop at Morrisons but I am very unhappy with them It was the 11th of February My order was delivered .
