Resolved: Changed agreed upon rate and contract term

Update by user Dec 30, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. See the additional facts that I added.. Update by user Dec 30, 2020 I went into the local store. They realized the error and called to the customer service supervisor who agreed to give us a credit for 1 year of the $9 additional monthly charge if we agreed to a 2 year plan. It is only part of what I would have liked. But we are done negotiating. Original review posted by user Nov 29, 2020 When my contract expired, I went into the local office and negotiated a new rate and a 12 month contract. They even gave me a printout of their computer screen showing the rate (attached). Six weeks later they send me a bill that increased the rate by $9 per month and made the contract for 24 months. It's the principle! The fact that they arbitrarily changed the agreement and just send a bill. They don't even bother to contact me and say what is going on. User's recommendation: Get it in writing. Don't trust the local office.
