I bought 2 tickets for the Padres opener for 2020. The game was canceled. This year the game was canceled again. Vivid now refuses to return my money because they say that the money was "rewards" money. Vivid converted my money into rewards cash. These people are theives. If they ask you to leave your money in just say no. User's recommendation: Do not do business with these people.
