Horrible experience with the new location in 4 points in Austin. Ordered two steaks, came out out completely wrong, kids came out raw, mine overcooked. Asked to replace. Took an hour!!!!

Steamed clocked not to order, replaced and kids steak was still raw. Took an hour to get them. Asked to talk to a a manger but he never came. Bill had both original and replacement steaks on it. Manager finally came out, gave me an attitude, told me that he is cooking and has no time, that I should be basically happy I was able to get a meal at all. He did take those extra charges away but payment system did not work, after another 20 min manager came again and told me that he will zero out all charges. He never did and I was charged. So after two hours I still had to go home and feed kids. User's recommendation: Stay away.
