Checking why my payment isn’t

Sent payment on 1st and they claim they have not received it, yet it was sent to same address all past payments were without issue. It is now 5 days past the last expected date of arrival but they have no information on where my check is and claim there is no billing department for me to talk to. I am very angry with the level of service from First Progress. They also hung up on me 3 times causing me to have to call back attempting to resolve. Just gonna have my bank cancel payment since they don't want to find where my payment is on their end.payment. Just gonna have my
