Last month and this month i have been charged for pass due 40$ . I setup with my bank to pay you its its my fault tge bank is late and would like this over turned and reimbursed. Also i would like to close this card out after i get reimbursed and i will pay it off. I have allowed this late payment a few times and as i see it you shouldn't be tarnished because of your rules you have to pay by bank bill pay or tarnished because the holidays make payments late. User's recommendation: Dont charge them a fee because they want to make a payment over the phone.
