Abondonment
Update by user Jun 22, 2019 This is the 2nd such incident in a year where even with a paid, confirmed reservation, SuperShuttle was unable to provide transportation from BWI Airport. An official complaint is being filed with the Maryland Attorney General Office of Consumer Affairs. Original review posted by user May 23, 2019 I had a confirmed reservation for a Super Shuttle to pick me up at the Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI). When my flight arrived on time I was told that there were no vans to take me home despite my confirmed reservation. I was only offered to cancel and receive a refund. Of course this did not solve my dilemma as I had to pay more than double for a taxi and wasted hours with this process. This is not the first time that this has happened with the BWI Super Shuttle.
