Prepaid Tickets but Stranded us at night at Dulles Airport

Your company was a total disaster! We prepaid 4 people for transportation from Dulles airport, arriving at night from a cross-country flight. We followed your app instructions and it indicated something like ‘locating a vehicle’. When we called and spoke to your representative we were informed that you had NO VEHICLES available. I asked, ‘so you are leaving us stranded?’ and you rep said ‘Yes’. You misrepresented your Shuttle service, which provided no service.
