Extremely disappointed with Super Shuttle service. We had a reservation for a pick up from LAX today and were not assigned a car even in spite of multiple calls to dispatch team. I have a 15 months old daughter and needed pick up as assured, but the service was terrible- the customer service agents never even bothered to apologies rather were very bossie.. After waiting for 40 mins i had to call, cancel and forced to take a taxi.... I am never returning to Super Shuttle and will have this experience passed on social media and colleagues in OC. Please live up to the expectation at least train your reps how to handle calls, apologies and show urgency when it’s your company’s fault for not assigning a vehicle..
