Original review posted by user Mar 01, 2020 My SuperShuttle driver did not show up as booked on January 26, Empire Hotel 44 W. 63rd St.in New York City. It was a Sunday morning,so... the driver cannot incriminate the traffic... I of course had paid in advance on booking by internet.. and after more than a month I'm still waiting from SuperShuttle to answer my demand of reimbursment.
