About a purchase I made

I bought some products from you earlier in the year, they were 3 items, YvesSaintLaurent one for ladies, and one for men, and Issey miyake perfume I didn't like the YvesSaintLaurent for the ladies, I called to complain I was given a return label to return it. I did return the item, and it was acknowledged that the return was received. I waited for a while and didn't see the refund back to my credit card. I tried to enquire, but was told there was no such order. Unfortunately, I had deleted the email where the acknowledgement was done with the order number. Please I want my money bii refund User's recommendation: I will not recommend fragrance net.com to people if my matter is not resolved.
